Experience
I have been a litigator and trial lawyer in Colorado for more than 30 years. I have litigated contract issues, business disputes, oil and gas leases and surface use issues, water rights, property boundaries and easements, trespass, mining, and environmental questions. Throughout, I have represented individual clients, small businesses, and large organizations, and understand the different challenges posed to each by our civil litigation system. I gear my approach to finding the most cost-effective way to accomplish my clients’ objectives.
I am a 1994 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, a Fulbright scholar, and a graduate of Carleton College. I am admitted to practice in Colorado’s state and federal trial courts and courts of appeals.
